a dreamy escape
comfy bed central location special staff
the comfy bed seemed like floating on a cloud. the central location allowed easy sightseeing. the staff demonstrated kindness and were helpful, they always went beyond expectations making my stay special. i felt so cared for.
the elevators had a small wait sometimes.

I found the location perfect for exploring. The reception staff was helpful and went beyond expectations. The breakfast staff was also great. The breakfast was superb.

okay experience
spacious bathtub lovely bathroom soft drink noisy children inadequate sound offered earplugs
the room was a suite. it had a lovely bathroom and a very spacious bathtub. amenities were nice, but some products had expired for months. the soft drink minibar was complimentary.
the hotel advertised as adults only. the restaurant was not adults only with noisy children every day at breakfast. the restaurant was open past midnight and insulation was inadequate. the hotel only offered earplugs.

helpful staff complimentary upgrade expansive view convenient location
the staff members were very helpful and efficient, even assisting with luggage storage before the official check-in. i was delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, it provided a better view of the city skyline. the rooftop bar offers expansive views and i enjoyed a delicious cheese platter. i found the location very convenient, it offered easy access to restaurants and tourist areas.
Information regarding parking was not entirely clear. The private parking has a limited number of slots and incurs an additional fee.

the customer service exceeded my expectations and all the staff were both friendly and professional. they provided immediate assistance with any requests and addressed any concerns i had . this.
