Hotel Stein has a central location that makes it perfect for exploring Salzburg, and the views from the rooftop are stunning. However, the service at the rooftop bar was disappointing, with dirty tables and slow responses. The rooms were comfortable but not as spacious as I'd hoped, and noise issues from the rooftop area were a challenge during my stay. Overall, I'd rate it a 6 due to the mix of great amenities and service shortcomings.

While the rooftop dining venue offers stunning views, I found the food options limited and the service could be improved. Breakfast was good but not consistently impressive.

The hotel has great amenities, including clean and modern design, but lacks adequate coffee and tea facilities in the room, which was disappointing given the price of the stay.

I had a mix of experiences at Hotel Stein. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Salzburg with easy access to attractions, and the rooftop views are stunning. However, I was disappointed with the service quality; it often felt lacking in attentiveness and follow-through. Overall, I appreciated the room's comfort and the pleasant atmosphere but wouldn't rate my stay as really good due to the service shortcomings.

My room was stylish and spacious with a very comfortable bed, perfect for a restful night. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired with bins full of dust and hair instead of a proper drawer.

While some staff were friendly and eager to help, I faced significant issues with service, particularly in the rooftop restaurant and while trying to get assistance at the front desk. I felt neglected at times, especially when breakfast I ordered did not arrive.

My stay at Hotel Stein was truly wonderful, especially with the stunning views from my room and the rooftop. The staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort, providing me with a complimentary room upgrade. While the overall experience was great, the breakfast felt a bit overpriced compared to the offerings. 🏰✨

The amenities in the room, such as the Nespresso machine and quality toiletries, added a nice touch of luxury. However, I would have appreciated the coffee machine being more compatible with Nespresso.

I had a pretty good time at Hotel Stein, enjoying its stunning central location near the old town. The staff was friendly and helpful most of the time, though I did encounter some noise issues in the morning from garbage trucks. Overall, the ambiance and modern design of the hotel made for a fresh experience, but there were a couple of small hiccups that kept it from being perfect.
